Angie Mack: Creative Director, Mentor, and Industry Trailblazer

If you are looking for a traditional neighborhood music teacher who assigns rigid drills from a dusty book, demands robotic perfection, and hosts high-stress recitals... Angie Mack is definitely not the coach for your child.

Angie is a born cultivator, multidisciplinary artist, and builder who is completely redefining youth arts education. She doesn't just teach kids how to memorize notes or lines; she brings over 20 years of unmatched experience in the professional performing arts and music entertainment industry directly to her students, helping them build unshakeable real-world confidence.

The Mindset: A Born Cultivator & Multidisciplinary Artist

Angie lives and breathes the creative process. As a published writer, composer, music educator, and researcher, she doesn’t view the arts in isolated silos. She bridges the gap between music and drama, teaching kids how to be versatile, multidimensional performers who understand stage presence, mic technique, and emotional storytelling.

As a natural builder, Angie values large-scale, community-shaping cultural projects just as deeply as she values one-on-one youth mentorship. She knows how to take a small seed of an idea and inflame it into something massive—a philosophy she passes directly to her students.

Proven Credentials & Industry Impact

Angie isn’t a hobbyist; she is a seasoned professional with deep, verified roots in the music entertainment industry. Her real-world credentials give her students a competitive edge that standard music lessons simply cannot replicate:

  • Grammy-Winning Research: Angie contributed historical and critical research to rock icon Jack White’s Third Man Records for the Grammy Award-winning box sets, The Rise & Fall of Paramount Records.

  • National Media Presence: She spearheaded the research and submission that brought the PBS series History Detectives to film on-site locally, reaching millions of viewers.

  • An Elite Pipeline to the Professional Stage: As the founder of Ozaukee Talent, Angie maintains a stellar 20+ year track record of taking local youth and placing them directly into leading roles at multi-million-dollar regional institutions, including The Milwaukee Repertory Theater, First Stage, and Skylight Music Theatre.

  • Community Architect: Driven by her passion for large cultural projects, she spearheaded the civic networking and education that resulted in the creation of a major music-themed tangible asset in the heart of Grafton: the Paramount Walk of Fame.

Transforming Kids into Confident Creators

Angie meets every student exactly where they are—whether they are naturally extroverted or quiet and reserved. By blending her extensive industry expertise with a high-energy, supportive sandbox environment, she creates a space where introverts find their boldness and extroverts learn to channel their focus.

Affluent families and regional talent pipelines don't seek Angie out for standard "music lessons"—they invest in her unique ability to draw out the hidden gems in the community and give youth the resilience to take center stage in life.

"My goal isn't to build perfect robots who can play a flawless song but grow to hate the stage. Having spent my life building large-scale creative projects and working in the entertainment industry, I want to give your child the real tools, the true passion, and the unshakeable confidence to take center stage in whatever they choose to do." — Angie Mack
