Introducing New Collaborative Semi-Private Lesson Formats (and Lower Rates!)

Dear Studio Families,

As I continuously look for ways to enhance our student experience and maximize their creative growth, I am thrilled to announce an exciting new upgrade to our studio format starting this upcoming semester.

Moving forward, our studio will be transitioning to more of a Collaborative Semi-Private (Duo) Lesson Model.

Why the Shift? (The Power of Peer Collaboration)

In the performing arts, true magic happens when we collaborate. Over the years, I’ve found that students thrive, build confidence faster, and develop deeper creative instincts when they have a peer in the room. In these new 30-minute shared slots (limited to just two students per slot, carefully matched by age and skill level), your child will experience:

Enhanced Performance Skills: Perfect for practicing acting duets, vocal harmonies, part-singing, and collaborative songwriting.
Healthy Accountability: Learning alongside a peer boosts motivation, decreases performance anxiety, and builds teamwork.
Dynamic Creative Energy: High-energy jam sessions, rhythm circles, and creative problem-solving challenges that just aren't possible in a solo environment.

The Best Part: We Are Lowering Your Tuition Rate!

Because two students will be sharing a time slot, I am passing those structural savings directly back to you.

Instead of our standard single-student private rate of $690, your tuition for the full 15-week semester will drop to a discounted rate of $600 per student—saving your family $90 this semester (with potential travel cost savings).

How Billing & Slot Retention Will Work:

To streamline our studio operations and protect your designated time, we will continue using our flat-rate slot lease model:

Option A (Paid-In-Full): $600 paid upfront before the semester begins.
Option B (Monthly Installment Plan): A total of $648 (which includes an 8% installment administrative premium of $48 which will be waived for current students) broken down into 5 convenient monthly installments of $120 each.

As a reminder, because your child’s duo slot is exclusively reserved for them for the entire 15 weeks, tuition remains fixed regardless of student attendance or missed weeks.

Action Required: Secure Your Spot & Match Your Peer

Because our evening time blocks (3:30 PM – 6:50 PM) are highly limited, slots will be filled on a strict first-come, first-served basis.

Please reply to this email with:

Your preferred evening time windows (e.g., Mondays between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM).
Your preferred payment option (Option A or Option B).

If your child already has a friend, classmate, or sibling they would love to be paired with, please let me know in your reply so I can secure them in the exact same slot!
