Chronic Creativity Small Group Drama (Ages 8 to 11) Wednesdays 5:00 to 5:30

Author of Chronic Creativity and lifetime youth theater coach, Angela (Angie) Mack has strategically and insightfully developed an after-school program intended to help young actors gain confidence and have fun in a small group setting of 5.

A Local Coach with Regional, National and International Impact in the Arts

Angie Mack is a well sought out regional youth theater coach with a 20-year history as a youth musical theater director who received the Annex Wealth Management Difference Maker Award at Summer Sounds in Cedarburg a few years ago.

She has a strong reputation of creating real world theater pipelines into large regional theaters such as the Milwaukee Rep, First Stage, The Fireside, Schauer Arts and Activities Center, Next Act Theatre, Skylight Music Theatre and more.  Many of those that she has coached have gone on to become performing arts directors themselves, have landed in New York and received placements in television.  Although that is not necessarily the goal for this group, it's a reality that Ozaukee Talent families should be aware of.

A small group of 5 students will come into the studio and learn drama concepts that Mack has used to draw out talent for at least 20 years in a fun setting.  The foundation of community performing arts is learning how fun it is to have an interest group of peers to create with.

Mack has spent decades directing musicals, leading teams of musicians, hosting classes for large groups, creating performing arts lessons plans and developing youth art programs.  Mack has also given statewide talks to educators about creating environments where gifts and talents can thrive.  She is also a lifetime musician and lead performer who recently received her own album, Raggedy Angie, with the popular song, She Sings.
